• Sign in to your YouTube account.

• Click on the video icon at the top right hand side of the window, located next to your user icon, messages, apps, and notifications.

• Click ‘Upload Video.’

• Once you are through uploading, press ‘select files to upload’ to find the video file saved on your computer. Otherwise, drag and drop it into the window.

• There is an optional step is to choose the privacy settings on your video but once you choose to stop after this, your video will now be on YouTube. To properly finish up your video to look good you’ll need to fill out the following sections:

• Add an SEO friendly title so that it’s more easily discover able on search engines.

• Add a description of the video so people know what your content is about before watching it.

• Add tags, which act as tools to help the discovery of your video.

Note: ouTube videos’ optimization isn’t something to skimp on. Identifying the proper keywords will open up endless possibilities for your video to be found on either Google or YouTube’s built-in search.

• Go and open YouTube app on your Android phone.

• Then, tap the video upload button at the top of the screen. That is similar to a video camera. If this is your first time using the upload feature, you might need to give the app permission to access your camera and photo library.

• Then, on the next screen, tap the video you want to upload (you can also record a new video or “Go Live,” meaning that you’ll start livestreaming from your phone camera).

• Once you are done, Tap “Next.”

• Then enter information like the name of the video, choose a privacy level, and tap “Upload.”

• Open the YouTube Capture app through the Home screen of your iPhone or iPad.

• Select either take a video to upload or choose one from your existing library by tapping on the folder icon in the bottom right of the screen.

• Tap on the video you’d like to upload or record a new one.

• In the upload screen add a title; choose the social networks you’d like to share to and any additional options.

• Now tap the Share button in the upper right hand corner.

• You’ll see the video start processing. That’s all there is to it.

Here, YouTube Capture can upload videos in the background so you can close it out and continue doing whatever you’d like to on your iPhone or iPad.

Once the video is successfully uploaded, you will receive an email confirming if you have notifications enabled for video uploads.
