Below are instructions that shows how to download and install S 4 B on Mac from the Office 365 portal.

• Use https://portal.office.com/ to sign in

• Beneath the Software, select Skype for Business

• Once that is done, on Mac page, click Install. It will be downloaded to your computer.

• Click Downloads > Open Finder on your Doc

• Then, select SkypeForBusinessInstaller.<nnn.>pkg.

• Then use the prompts in the Skype 4 Biz Installer. Here, you are done with the installation you can now sign in Skype for Mac.

Once you are done with the installing it your are signed in.

Once you can’t sign in to Office 365, your password might be incorrect. Try resetting your password.
