Return Policy

CAN I MAKE A RETURN?

Yes. We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

Return method: by mail
Return label: we will provide a return label for your convenience. Customers will need to download and print the label before sending the package back
Restocking fee: a 5% restocking fee will be applied based on the total order value

ITEM CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • With tags attached (if applicable)

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We reserve the right to refuse returns in the following situations:

  • Items purchased on sale
  • Items showing signs of use
  • Returns sent without contacting us first
  • Items returned without prior authorization

In these cases, we reserve the right to refuse the return request.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

EXCHANGES

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

  • Proof of purchase
  • Photos or videos of the item and packaging (if relevant)

DAMAGED & BROKEN ITEMS

If an item arrives broken, damaged, or with other issues, please contact us for a refund or replacement and we will proceed with the next steps for this situation.

For all items that arrive damaged or broken, please provide the following photos so we can resolve the issue:

  1. Photo of the broken item
  2. Photo of the shipping label on the box with the tracking number visible
  3. Photos of all sides of the box used to deliver the item

REFUNDS

If your return request is fully approved, the refund will be processed within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
